Plug-and-play real time water monitoring systems for a wide spectrum of parameters: Conductivity, PH, ORP, Turbidity, Dissolved Oxygen, Free Chlorine etc. Remote access and alarms based on max and min thresholds.
Watercore water-quality monitoring systems offer plug-and-play functionality with minimum installation and commissioning time.
These monitoring systems are a combination of multi-port panels and water sensors.
The multi-port panels are available in three different configurations, with 4, 8 and 12 ports. There are many different sensors: PH, ORP, conductivity, Chlorine, dissolved Oxygen, Turbidity, etc. Most of those sensor also provide temperature measurements.
Any of our water sensors can be connected into each port. That means that you can read, simultaneously, as many parameters (plus temp) as ports are available in your water monitoring panel. If you don’t need simultaneous measurement, you can just disconnect and connect sensors to have access to more sensors than available ports.
All the data in the panels, including historic values, are available with an internet connection.
Panels and sensors are sold separately and you can mix and match depending on your specific needs.
Ready for multiple sensors, only one panel is required for reading up to eight different water-quality parameters:
Monitoring and controlling different water-quality parameters can be a costly and time consuming task without the right tools. Watercore real-time monitoring systems provide remote 24/7 access to all the important measuring points in your water-treatment facility and will alert you by email or text message in case any parameter is out of tolerance (customer defined thresholds).
Watercore real-time water monitoring systems simplify and are applicable to a range of industries including mining, power, chemical, oil & gas, and water & wastewater treatment.
Only one panel is enough to get access to all your water treatment instant data, as the same panel is compatible with all our sensors.
With 24/7 on-line access, our customers receive any alarm whenever any of the monitored water parameters is out of range or there is a sensor malfunction. This automatic function reduces the need for human supervision and minimises down-time and regular low-productive maintenance tasks.
After having a precise on-line measurement of your water parameters, the best way to keep them under control is to combine the multi-parameter monitoring system with our chemical dosing systems. Contact our technical team for a complete solution description.
